COVID-19 Shipping information

As a result of the COVID 19 crisis, parcel services may experience delays. Please plan for possible delays in delivery due to congestion in the postal sector. We have no influence on these events, but we will do everything possible to ensure a smooth process.

We process all orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within one working day and shipped the next day. We do not ship on weekends. In times of high demand, the processing time can take longer than three days.

Please check that all shipping information is correct. If any information is incorrect or missing, please inform us immediately. Incorrect or missing information can cause delays and even loss of packages. There may also be delays in customs clearance.

Products already shipped cannot be cancelled. After receipt of the parcel, the legally prescribed return period of 14 days* still applies.

Please note: The delivery times given are only an estimate and are not guaranteed. The delivery times are given in working days, i.e. weekends are not included. If you place an order in our webshop, you agree to our terms of delivery.


You can easily pay with secure payment methods like PayPal and credit card. We protect our website with McAfee Secure, in addition it is protected with an SSL connection.

How do I order from By Selena?

In 3 easy steps:

Add a product to your shopping cart and go to the order page.
Review your order. Have you filled out all the required fields correctly? Do not forget the house number! (This often happens ...)
Complete the order by paying. This can be done immediately, by PayPal or credit card.

How long does the delivery take?

Estimated delivery time without processing time is 4-8 days. The average processing time is 2-3 days.

By Selena ships the order directly from our foreign suppliers to the address provided. This allows us to offer the products as cheaply as possible and provide the best possible customer service.

How do I receive my order?

We use DHL for standard shipments. DHL will deliver the order to the address provided. If an order contains several products, they may be delivered separately.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a Track & Trace code with which you can track your order via our Track & Trace page.
